ADHD assessments - 16 years +
£750
Whether you’re looking for clarity, support or a formal diagnosis, our experienced ADHD assessors are here to help. An assessment can offer valuable insight into challenges experienced at college, university or in the workplace and open the door to the right support.

Our assessments are carried out remotely, making them accessible from anywhere in the UK.

An assessment allows you to understand yourself better and access appropriate support. The report offers tailored insights and practical strategies, including recommendations for adjustments or assistive technology where appropriate. It helps to make sense of ongoing challenges such as difficulties with focus, organisation, or coordination by providing a clear explanation and personalised guidance to support everyday life, study or work.

This assessment is not a medical diagnosis and can not be used for medication on NHS, but it will give an indication of ADHD. This is sufficient for university/workplace support and DSA applications.

Why seek an ADHD diagnosis?
Many adults seek an ADHD assessment after years of struggling with focus, organisation or impulsivity — often without realising that ADHD could be the underlying cause.
The NHS notes that adults with ADHD may be:
-
Easily distracted or forgetful
-
Struggle to organise their time
-
Find it difficult to follow instructions
When everyday life feels like a constant battle with deadlines, disorganisation or overwhelm, it’s natural to wonder if there’s more going on.
An ADHD assessment can offer clarity and insight — helping you understand your brain, reduce frustration, and find the right support to move forward.
